Great exercise sequence if you have bad knees and want to work on your glutes (Ok your butt) and your hamstrings. 1. Single leg straight leg deadline (with a bicep curl thrown in) 2. Lying leg lift with a tricep extension 3. Butt kick with a tricep kickback 4. Front, side, back standing leg lifts Do the first set 20 reps, second set 15 reps, third set 10 reps and final set 5 reps.
