Great for salad dressings. Also, try making your own garlic or ginger paste instead of buying those horrible supermarket ones with dangerous additives in them. Just blend garlic or ginger with a nice organic cold pressed oil such as grapeseed oil or pumpkin seed oil. Then you can add it to cooking as needed.
