Great ideas were flowing out of our office today nearly faster than we could write them down. A big thanks to the area product designers, engineers and gardening enthusiasts who joined team-AON for this this event. By the time we polished off 10 feet of panini sandwiches, our group had identified 38 specific improvements for pruning sheers, which is certain to give our silo member/client an edge in the market (pun intended) when our final design hits store shelves next year.
