Great job Western Rooter And Plumbing team on making this HOA board member happy with our service! Its not always easy pleasing a HOA board but this is a great 5 star Yelp review! Western has done a lot of work for our HOA, and as a board member, I have had a lot of interactions with them on multiple different types of issues. They are extremely responsive, good at diagnosing problems/issues that arent necessarily easy to fix, they are great at communicating the problems and the most cost-effective solutions, they do great work, and the prices are extremely fair, particularly for the quality of service. I have also really appreciated the advice on preventive maintenance issues, etc. I highly recommend them.
