Heres your racist quote of the day from a GOP Politician. Yes, someone actually thinks this way. And yes, the year is still 2015. If the GOP is smart, they will kick him out of the RNC. However, my experience has also taught me that blacks are different by almost any measure to all other people. They cannot reason as well. They cannot communicate as well.
