Great news!!! You dont need heavy equipment to get an effective workout that you will feel for dayzzzz. The eccentric lower workout is serious business. If you want to incorporate weights but dont own any, try a household item like, a full water jug, soup cans, laundry soap containers, etc. Use your imagination! Do these moves for 3 counts downs (eccentric movement) and then pop right back up in one count. Repeat every move 10 times each to really feel it.
