Great news ladies I have a 15 min work out 2 really tone inner & outer thighs .... easy to do & summit everyone can do at home .. Start with right leg, lunge forward , once returned lunge backwards , then lunge to right side & lunge to the left side ... Repeat on left leg !!! Do 15 reps x 2sets 4 times a week with a 90 sec rest in between each set ... Let me know how u get on peops ... Any qu inbox me x
