Great news this morning! All For One Solo Show Festival is giving me the Pioneer Award! Heres the text of the email they just sent out, after informing me this morning. When I think of all the people Cheryl King gave a place to start and a place to stand with their solo work at Stage Left, it fills me with admiration and the conviction that we MUST present her with the AFO Pioneer Award. - Artistic Director, Michael Wolk All For Ones Pioneer Award recognizes individuals and companies who have forged the way for solo theater. This year All For One is proud to present the Pioneer Award to Cheryl King. At our fourth anniversary All For One announces our first productions of 2015 and presents the Pioneer Award to Cheryl King Come celebrate four amazing years of All For One by raising a glass at our Anniversary Party followed by a special performance of Artistic Director Michael Wolk’s new musical GL9. This FREE event will have appetizers and a cash bar. We’ll have a raffle featuring prizes from Sleep No More, 54 Below, The Gazillion Bubble Show, the NY Neo-Futurists, and Metropolitan Playhouse. Raffle tickets are available for $2/ticket or $5 for 3. And by attending, you’ll be the first to know about All For One’s programming in January 2015, and the recipient of our 2015 All For One Pioneer Award.
