Great night for Saint Xavier University Athletics as 94 of its student-athletes were recognized this evening at the Shannon Center for their academic achievements! Award winners received either a bronze (3.25 to 3.49 cumulative GPA), silver (3.50 to 3.74 cumulative GPA) or gold (3.75 to 4.00 cumulative GPA) medal based on their current grade-point average. Over one third of our student-athletes were recognized at tonights banquet! Senior Megan Nonnemacher (softball) was named the 2014 SXU Female Student-Athlete of the Year and graduate student Spencer Nolen (football) was the 2014 SXU Male Student-Athlete of the Year! Go Cougars!
