Great night of Irish Culture of music song and dance in The Trappers Inn last night for my Salvadorian cousins. The singers were just magnificent and the music was top notch.. A taste of the real Galway that Im very proud of. A special Thanks to everyone who turned up and help to make the night a memorable one for our guests from El Salvador. Various organisations were represented including St. James GAA Club, The Galway Council of Trade Unions, Dusty Banjos, The Parish Council in Mervue. St. Columbas Credit Union. Postgraduates students from NUIG. The Tipperary Hurling Supporters Galway. The International OLoghlen / Loughnane Gathering committee and many more. Thank you all from my heart. My El Salvador cousins will have a treasured memory of your contribution last night on their short visit to Galway.
