Great night of training as usual! Here are some thinks I noticed tonight 1. The women kickboxing class is really kicking some @ss. The ladies in that class is improving heaps. 2. The Muay Thai class is just getting better and better. The skills level of Muay Thai at Vietfighter is probably the highest it had ever been right now! The guys and girls in that class are training hard and showing massive improvements. 3. It was a fairly successful trial weight training class tonight, with the usual hard working Vietfighters turning up and putting some work in to make themselves stronger and better. Remember guys this class is on a trial right now so if you like it keep turning up, and get your friends to turn up, and tell everyone how awesome it is. We need good numbers turning up regularly for us to keep this class going. Thanks team.
