Great opportunity for undergraduate researchers! Maine Physical Sciences Partnership (PSP) at the University of Maine is looking for their 2014 summer researchers. This is a great paid summer research opportunity for undergrad students majoring in any field of science, math, engineering, or science education. The PSP is a major initiative funded by the National Science Foundation to improve the teaching and learning of physical sciences, targeting grades 6-9 and University courses. Students will work as part of a team of instructors and students preparing for the 2014-2015 academic year by learning about, teaching, and critiquing lessons from the PSP common instructional resources being implemented across 31 middle and 12 high schools in Maine. The students will also be involved in research projects investigating teaching and learning from this curriculum.
