Great podcast! Cal Dietz is a great strength coach that is on point w the Triphasic principals. Its not always about how much weight you lift its how you can perform and use that strength on the field thats the difference... Ive seen plenty of strong guys in my years of coaching and when you get them on the field and they cant freaking move. If youre an athlete you need to Performance train along with strength train. Performance training is a vital component to any strength and conditioning program. again its not about heavy weight.
