Great post. Was listening to a sports program on the radio, WSCR-AM where Hub Arkush called Sherman a thug. He may be bragadocious and his actions self centered, but thats hardly a thug. Confident, sure. Cocky, maybe to a degree. I grew up on the south side of Chicago. A college graduate, Black Greek Fraternity member, honor student Sherman is. A thug, would not be something I would use as a monikor for hime. Now the politician from New York, thats what you might call a bully. BUt if you notice, the politician picked on someone much smaller than him. I GAR-RON-TEE you Grimm would not have sad that to Sherman, let alone any punk. When you stick a microphone in the face of an athlete who plays such a physically demanding sport like football right after he made such an outstanding play that propelled his team to the pinnacle in that sport, what do you expect? Its testosterone at its peak. The way Sherman answered the question is more likely than the way Grimm responded to the question. Hey media, have the same intensity with Grimms remarks that you had with Shermans. Im just saying...
