Great post by one of our fans last night! Recently I have been rant free but some of todays news just really makes me sit back and wonder what in the world is wrong with our government. During president Clintons administration congress sought to impeach him for having lied to congress regarding his affair with Monica Lewinsky. Now if lying to congress is an impeachable offense what is it when the president lies to the entire country? President Obama (does not deserve the title) has lied to the citizens of this country about the IRS scandal, the Benghazi attacks, the Surveillance scandal and last but not least the ACA (Obama Care) scandal. So how is it that all those lies and yet no impeachment? What we are teaching our young people in this country is that it is okay to lie if you are in government. Each party does it and we just accept it as business as usual. Why? Why dont we start holding these people accountable? I have decided that in the coming elections I will not vote for even one incumbent. I dont care who they are or what their voting record is..... I will not vote for them. I am not just talking about federal elections either. I am talking about local, state and federal. I will cross party lines, vote independent, and write names in but I will not vote for an incumbent. I also will not vote for anyone who will not support term limits, tort reform and who takes money from big money interest groups. So this next year stop being sheep following along with the crowd or drinking the cool aid and take a stand. No more liars in office!
