Great question from reader Allison: Does anyone have any advice for dealing with a picky eater? It seems like my five-year old daughter wont eat anything except cheese sticks and pudding cups. Shes always been picky but it seems like it is getting worse and the worst part is that now my three-year-old, who has always been a good eater, is picking up on it. I feel like I have created a monster. Help! Do you have any tips or ideas to share with Allison? How have you handled picky eaters in your family?
