Great revitalizing week in Port Alberni,signs of growth and investment are just starting to show .The Posh Wash on 3rd near Gertrude is almost complete,the new commercial site at 3rd near Bute , and the new site for Enex Fuels behind Smittys (which will also service a new Marine fuel dock facility for our boaters) both started their foundation digs .Not to mention the Somass Hotel demolition and its four storey rebuild! To top that off,the Coulson Group has begun remaking the former Woodward/Zellers building,after doing a beautiful reno on their smaller building next door. Yes it is true....along with all of the individual businesses of P.A. doing their bit to beautify and invest, Port Alberni is getting there,the Valley is Getting Brighter! Thank you all....John D.
