Great service from Boots Opticians regarding my prescription - TopicsExpress

Great service from Boots Opticians regarding my prescription sunglasses this past week. New glasses purchased about August 2013 and really need them when it is bright and for when we visit France as the sun is so bright over there. Anyway all was well until I put them on one day on our recent visit to France only to discover that the frame had cracked. Took them back last Tuesday afternoon expecting to have to pay for a new set of frames (assuming that style still available) only to be told that because they were under a year old etc they would order up a new set of frames free of charge and let me know when they arrived. I received a phone message on the Wednesday to say the frames were in! Picked them up Friday am. Cannot fault the service and as a pensioner appreciate the savings greatly.
