Great session tonight! First the wod Worked to a 1RM strict military press , ( as I cant push jerk on account of my knee injury) got to 75kg, 4 digs at 77.5kg but it wasnt there Then the wod 12 press ups 8 power cleans at 50kg 4 front squats at 50kg 5 rounds for time! 10 mins 16 Then the first half of this weeks Wendler Mesocycle 5 week 2: Bench: 3 x 75kg 3 x 85kg 3 x 95kg ( new 3RM) Squat: 3 x 95kg 3 x 105kg 3 x 125kg ( new 3 RM) Maxes are tumbling on a weekly basis currently, thats 4 new maxes hit this month alone, a large part of that is due to training with panda and being pushed by someone who has a stronger squat and dead than me... I push him on bench and press lol Good times, getting strong, having a blast!
