Great & simple total body exercise for the novice gym-goer, but can also can be done at home. All you need is a stability ball (theyre pretty cheap at Target or Wal-Mart) & a set of dumbbells. You can even use soup cans if you dont have dumbbells. Squat to bicep curl to shoulder press. Keep the core tight & in a straight line. Dont lean back on the ball. Provide just enough pressure so the ball doesnt fall down. Use a comfortable weight & perform 10-15 reps
