Great songs in Dance and pop just grab you and never leave your mind. You will find yourself humming the melody line that that keyboard plays even if you cant remember the lyrics. In this next case the song was not only memorable but so were the lyrics. It just hit you and you KNEW this was a special song. It has so many influences from the great English bands such as ABC and Spandau Ballet to Simple Minds and also some of the great English modern rock bands but for the fact that this band came from Australia! The vocals were clear and strong and the lyrics just got you hooked. Youll have to say Damn, how did he know I loved this song and have not heard it almost 10 years?? Well Im good and do my homework, that;s why and now you can turn this up to 11 and get up and dance and sway all over your homes with a great big smile on your face! Here is the song written in 1987 by Iva Davis and John Oates of Hall and Oates fame that went to #1 in Australia and peaked at #7 here in the states. I loved this song by Icehouse called Electric Blue!
