Great tasting simple healthy food... does not need to be difficult or scary This is one of my staples because its simple tasty and can be adapted using lots of different add on ingredients that totally change the dish Basics Garlic oil 4 veg ( I used ) Purple Dwarf Beans ( finely chopped ) Kale Soya beans ( frozen ) mixed pepper ( frozen ) Crack back pepper and salt over veg stir fry next add your protein ... I used Prawns you can add beans or chicken Now add your (carb) Rice/Millet/Quinoa/Amaranth/Spelt Barley/Cous-Cous if your no carbing make it a veggie stir fry, or add eggs :) I used egg and made an omelette but if you have a tub of your favourite carb pre-cooked in the fridge this meal is quick simple and very nutritious and the simple garlic and salt flavour is always a winner #easycooking #cleanandsimple #easypeasy #cleaneating #yummyfood
