Great tip from the Republic of Movement crew. LIKE the page and move something. The planche lean (with fingers facing forward) is a tool that will improve wrist mobility and strength at end-range. To ensure continued progress, use an incremental approach. The measure of progress is the distance between the tip of your index finger and the wall. How does it work: 1. Get into protracted push-up position, facing a wall or other object. 2. Lean forward until head touches object. Hold for appropriate amount of time. 3. Increase wrist range of motion by increasing distance between tip of index finger and wall.
