Great to back doing what I love today with clients and group training. Blew a few post christmas blues away and set some great goals to be achieved this year. On a personal level it was great to be back in a routine and eating clean. Nutri bullet first thing 🍓🍌🍏 Post training omelette Chicken and avocado salad and nuts & fruit Home made soup 97% pork sausage and steamed greens Greek yogurt fruit & nuts 3 litres of water with lemon Monday done now to repeat, repeat , repeat
