Great to hear some feedback from our efforts at #TBR2014... I recently attended Butlins Skegness the big reunion weekend 28-30th of november. On this weekend my friend fell down the metal staircase injuring her back and arm. I just want to write a letter of thanks on how fantastic the paramedic crew was I was given your card to do so. We were the geordie newcastle girls the paramedics will remember us as. The guys Dave Chamberlain, Daniel Fry, Chris Percival and Paul Buccino (I made sure I got there names in the hospital room not sure if buccino is a joke haha) were absolutely amazing. They were on top form attending to my friend but there personality and banter was amazing. It calmed me right down I actually suffer from panic disorder and anxiety so seeing my friend in this situation was extremely hard for me to register but your boys were laughing smiling joking and made me so at ease and my friend. They were professional and attentive they did not judge us for being drunk and did not dismiss us as stupid drunks which can often happen when seeking medical attention on nights out. They were just amazing I will actually remember my highlight of the weekend just laughing with your hardworking boys. They did everything they can to ensure my friend Kirstie was okay and also talked me through all of the processes after what would happen upon hospital and treatment. Your boys actually asked me to let them know if kirstie was okay because they took a genuine interest and I am please to say she is absolutely fine hungover tired and with a sore arm haha! I wish all paramedics were as cool and nice and caring as the crew at jigsaw medical. I really can not even put into words how grateful I am to meet such a lovely bunch of caring guys that hepled my friend when she needed it.
