Great to see all the surprised looks on your faces when yours truly showed up to teach the 9:15 class....ahhhhh that was priceless. The back is feeling better, but still by no means is it 100%, and odds are it never will be. But Im well enough to entertrain you, with modifications. Now that everyone knows about my metal back, consider the following: Do your knees hurt? Ive had surgery on both of mine...your shoulder hurts, or your arms? I had surgery for a partially torn rotator cuff and bicep. Your elbow hurts? I had surgery on my left elbow and my right elbow hurts so much from tendinitis right now I can hardly lift a weight. Your feet hurt? I have a torn left Achilles and partially torn right achilles. And you all know about my back surgery. My neuro surgeon considers me disabled and has urged me to pursue that route. Why am I revealing all this to you? Not to brag, certainly not for sympathy...but rather to show you that you CAN do this, You CAN change your life, and you can overcome any obstacle, physical or otherwise. You just have to tell yourself youre going to do this, no matter what!! I am revealing all this about myself because maybe I can be an inspiration to someone out there, current member, or perhaps someone considering joining. Maybe, they need to hear this. If I can inspire one person each day, somehow some way, that makes this entire CKO experience worth every minute we spent building it. Remember, when I yell and scream and push you, Im right there with you. Been there, done that, and continue to do it. Maybe sometime soon Ill post a pic of myself pre CKO, just not today. Robert
