Great track session with Simon Turnbull and Robert Johnston this morning. 7 x 1200s with strength and flexibility between each set. Im away next week, triathlon coaching for the North Coast Academy of Sport in Lennox Head with Grant Giles from Team Aeromax. Im looking forward to my new adventure as Head Triathlon Coach for NCAS Mid-North Coast. As of the week starting Monday 27th Jan, Tri-Trainer triathlon coaching programs will resume. More information on the sessions will be provided soon. In the meantime, happy training people!
