Great video from PGA Tour player Casey Martin, now the Head Golf Coach at University of Oregon, one of the top teams in the country. Casey makes some great statements in this short video. Among them: 1: I dont play my best golf thinking about my golf swing 2: When he played on tour, he didnt know how to shape shots, he didnt know what he did. Its amazing that a player can get to the Tour level without knowing the ball flight laws and what makes the ball do things. Swing path, clubface angles, wrist conditions, Angle of Attack, etc... 3: To hit a fade: Aim clubface left, move the handle back and lower (many people that slice the ball do this, closing the clubface in their mind). 4: To hit a draw: Aim clubface right, move the handle higher and forward. He also loads up on his left side at address, and tries to keep his weight left during the swing. Lots to learn in this short video/interview, he is breaking down the beliefs and myths that many golfers fight on a daily basis. Worth watching!!
