Great warm sunny day on this August Saturday @ Donington, CRMC Festival...again with no noise restrictions.. at ALL!! (in classic racing meetings this should mandatory.!) Couple this with a really relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere, and that gives you our day....plenty of close up exotic ex-works machines and private machines as well on view and on track. Close racing with Nortons, Matchless, BSAs Triumphs..being just a few of the many marques out on track. Riders were also contesting the FIM Europe Vintage Cup round with some coming from as far away as Slovenia and Croatia! (7 of them alone) fast dedicated riders they are too, and a credit to the sport!..along with some impressive outfits in the Sidecars roarty thundering BMWs..Imp engined howlers among the many 3 wheeler machines racing. :) This is the ex-Troy Bayliss screamer GP Ducati getting an airing? (made my ears hiss a bit after filming it!) :) OH! and an added bonus was the Lancaster display overhead..Awsome is the only word for that! :)
