Even though at times we feel defeated, discouraged, hopeless, beaten up! The list goes on. Theyre only words with no power until our minds allow them to live there. The longer we feed our minds this garbage we give these words life. We must feed our mind with truth… We still have in us the will to fight! WE CAN and WE WILL WIN. The only time WE fail is when WE give up. There are going to be many people who will try to bring us down and tell us we cant, we are doing the wrong thing, going the wrong way, etc. Dont let anyone destroy you or your will to survive. Pull yourself up and fight!!! Repeat this 3 times a day... In order to win this battle, I must become strong SPIRITUALLY, MENTALLY, EMOTIONALLY, PHYSICALLY!!! I will not give the negative words life or power to defeat me!!! We are all wounded souls healing in every part of our life so we can help other wounded souls. “They may try to stop you by their words and deeds, but like air you will rise above it all. You are unstoppable” We have the inner strength in us to overcome. Take away all the chaos, the noise, the negativity. Search inside yourself and begin to rise above it all! Youre a survivor!
