Great weekend regatta with some fine performances and thrilling finishes. Saw plenty of smiles and heard lots of club spirit. Tony and a young SMMC lass (both barely out of LTRs) braved their first races ever and came away with medals. The young uns just back from Nationals made racing look easy. Masters men battled fiercely with Riverway. The womens NQ eight crew got their first outing and a fab row. Members mixed and matched in some fun and surprising scratch crews. Well done everyone and big thanks to those who mucked in for trailer loading/unloading/loading/unloading! (And as always to our Regatta Secretary for her work in making entries happen).
