Strength EMOM for 18 min Min 1: 3 Push Jerks, 1 Split Jerk (165/105)-c (135/95)-Rxd (95/65)-scaled Min 2: Burpee Box Jumps (30/24-7reps)-c/Rxd (24/20-5reps)-scaled Min 3: 12 T2B (On the last round of the EMOM it will be max reps at each movement) WOD Infinity Ladder in 7 min: (weights for cleans will be the same as above) 1 Hang Power Clean 1 HSPU (4/2 deficit)-c (no deficit)-Rxd (push ups)-scaled 5 DUs *DUs will increase by 5 reps each round. Hang Power Cleans and HSPUs increase by one rep each round.
