Great yoga class this morning at Yoga East, then a fabulous visit and co-teaching prep session with my dear friend and Ayurvedic Practitioner, Betty Moylan. The Universe is telling me to slow down, though. Got back to the parking lot and had a lovely hole in my tire. Big puncture, so waited patiently for AAA in the glorious sunlight, and then drove home on the turnpike going 55 miles per hour on a donut spare- for 90 miles. Was so nice to go slow... and watch everyone else rush around me. Feel very peaceful now.... thanks for the gift, universe!
