GreatStaff Solutions is looking for a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for our client in Wixom. The majority of the calls the CSR Rep receives are when people have a problem, or issue, so the nature of the calls can be difficult as people are upset. The CSR Rep will then need to dispatch the work order and call the appropriate contractor/vendor to fix the issue at the facility. This person will need to be computer proficient; will train on office software. There will be a 2 week training period, the manager will have one on ones with you to assess progress, questions, concerns, etc. Looking for someone who has a thicker skin is confident, assertive, upbeat--NOT an introvert. When the Manager feels that the person is ready, they will be required to work on call for 1 week, every 5 to 6 weeks. Pay is $10-$11 on a temp basis, and $12 once hired on.
