GreatStaff Solutions is looking for a Operations Coordinator/Logistics Customer Service Representative for our client in Farmington Hills. This is a 3rd shift position: Hours are 4pm-12am, Monday-Friday. Seeking supply chain management or transportation/logistics graduates. Must have great customer service skills, a stable work history, can multitask and has not been hopping from job to job. Must be comfortable working on MS Office programs, especially Excel. This position will involve organizing shipments, ensuring they are on time, updating clients if their shipments are late, finding new carrier to handle the job if necessary, and making sure that everything is documented in the system and that all information is up to date. Requirements: Someone strong in Microsoft Office, especially having intermediate to advanced skills in Excel Stable work history with no job hopping High School diploma and ideally a college degree OR someone who is currently going to college now. A degree in something logistics related, i.e. Supply Chain Management, Business, etc. is a huge plus Someone who is moldable Good organization skills and ability to multi task Good memory, good attention to detail, analytical, someone who can find an “error” and fix it Pay for this position is $15 - $16 an hour.
