Greatness Humility does not preclude greatness; in fact, it provokes it...for God exalts the humble. Nor need humility blind one to his own greatness. Jesus, speaking of Himself, said a greater than Solomon is here. And such awareness of greatness is not reserved only for Jesus. Lk. 7:28 For I say unto you, Among those that are born of women there is not a greater prophet than John the Baptist: but he that is least in the kingdom of God is greater than he. Of course, our greatness is from God Himself...not apart from Him. But we are not apart from Him, if we be His. He is in us; we are in Him. And greater is He who is within us, than he that is in the world. I encourage you to know the Greater One in you today. Be strong, and do exploits. Do not be afraid to be great, to recognize His greatness in yourself, as well as in our brothers and sisters. May it be found without measure. :) ~ David A Maddox
