Greed....... A man sat along a creek bank, soaking in the rising sun after spending a majority of the morning setting trout lines. He noticed an older gentleman down below, sitting on a lawn chair fishing. He couldnt believe the size of the catfish he had just reeled in. It was about 6 pounds and was a good 15-18 inches long. The man took the fish off his line and threw it back into the creek. It was only a few moments later that the man sitting up above, witnessed another catch by the fisherman. This particular fish wasnt near as large as the previous one. It looked to be around 3 pounds at best, and around 11 inches long... The fisherman took this fish off the line and preserved it in his ice chest. After watching this cycle repeat itself over and over again, the man sitting up above couldnt help him self and had to walk down and ask the fisherman why he was keeping all the smaller fish and letting the bigger ones go? The fishermen replied, well, I only got a fryin pan 12 inches long... The moral of this story is that we should only take what we need to suffice our lively hood. There will always be somebody who dont have as much as you or maybe needs more than you. It is always a good policy to be conscience of people less fortunate than yourself. Greed is a disease that will infect those of a selfish nature. It is always better to give than receive and by preserving needs that my be warranted by someone less fortunate,,,,, you are giving!! Hoping all of you are having a wonderful Friday morning!!
