Makes two smoothies Ingredients ½ cup unsweetened almond, soy, coconut, or cow’s milk* ½ cup orange juice ½ cup coconut water ½ cup low-fat, plain Greek yogurt 2 handfuls fresh spinach 1 large, very ripe banana 3-4 ice cubes Other optional additions: protein powder, chia seeds, flax seed, cocoa powder, berries, nut butters* Add all ingredients into a blender in the order listed.
