The scent of burning pine is delightful, not as powerful as had i used the open fyah burner. .but redolent anyhow and the satisfaction factor was huge considering the amount of wood that had to be disposed of...oh....added a bread fruit to the flames was a time saver. . The unique taste of roast bread fruit, and Denton Critchlow salt fish was fabulous. ... a spiral of fresh young pumpkin, garden yield of lil marjoram and thyme. And.. ice cold mango with the cucumber salad was a welcome home meal for for Pat Quintyne Hildebrand
