#Greenpeace Arctic 30, updates from our journalist in St. Petersburg: The court has granted bail to 9 accused Greenpeace activists so far, but they arent actually free to go until the bail is received by the court, so they remain under arrest. The lawyers are trying to arrange the bank transaction but encounter some difficulties, so its still unclear when the activists will actually be able to leave their cells. The lawyers are perplexed by the fact that some of the activists were refused bail; its not immediately clear whats the crucial difference between those who were granted it and those who werent, so the courts decision seem random to the Greenpeace lawyers.
