Greeters this Friday Morning will be hosted by Oregon Marketing Group and will be held at Central Willamette Community Credit Union at 625 N 5th St., Lebanon. Remember this is a FREE, 45 minute networking event so bring a friend!! The Lebanon Area Christmas Toy Program is in full swing accepting toy applications and collecting toys. By the end of the day today they will be well over 300 Lebanon area families who have submitted an application to receive toys for their children (estimating 8-9 hundred children so far.) They have 1 more week to go in the application phase. It will go well over 1000 children again this year. Twenty five Lebanon businesses are hosting a toy collection barrel or giving tree again this year. Several individuals have donated toys. A couple organizations have done toy drives. The Road Maggots are doing their annual Milkman Mike Memorial Toy Run this weekend. They are asking the Lebanon Chamber members if they would please consider encouraging employees and patrons to donate toys for the Lebanon children. They are accepting toy donations through Monday, December 15. Every gift given will help to ensure every child in Lebanon has an opportunity to have a better Christmas. Call 541-451-1271 to help!!. And next month is our quarterly Women in Business Luncheon and our speakers will be Certified Health Coaches, Gayle and Pat Edwards. Their topic is: “It’s a health journey, one healthy baby step at a time.” The event is on January 13th at the Samaritan Lebanon Community Hospital Career Training Center.
