Greetings AGN Affiliates: 08/14/2014 Hello, Update for Thursday August 14, 2014ArgentPay is scheduled to be 100% functional on the 15th of August. We opened ArgentPay for withdrawals 10 days ago which would have been due today. The API connection that would allow for us to send the withdrawals is not fully connected with AGN. Our IT department is ready on our end. However, we are currently waiting on the appropriate codes to complete the connections. The minute the connections are completed we will begin processing the withdrawals. Solid Trust Pay & OkpayI have shared the challenges that exist with these eWallets. Over the past week, a suggestion was received from one of our members. The suggestion is below. “Hi,Please suggest to the leadership to see if they have the ability to pull back the withdraws requested on Monday, July 28th and Monday, Aug. 4th from affiliates made to STP that have not been accepted or released and place them back into the affiliates ewallets and allow them to withdraw to Argent Pay to get their payout sooner. This way we will not have to wait for STP to be funded possibly by other affiliates. I believe I heard Victor say that they had the ability to fund Argent Pay without restrictions. -Thanks”After discussion with our team, we have decided to implement this suggestion. This will allow us to fund everyone faster. We will return the current withdrawals that are in STP and Okpay to the members’ wallets and then the members can withdraw through ArgentPay. Quick Recap of STP/Okpay Issues On average, 750 to 800 members request a withdrawal through STP per week. The weekly dollar amount is 75 to 80,000.00. AGN maintained a balance twice this amount in STP. The withdrawal request from July 28 was for more than 3300 members. This is eight times higher than our average in STP requests. We paid out what we had in the wallet, but that left many members without their withdrawal. The migration from I-payout to ArgentPay is what caused such a rush of members to withdraw from STP. STP and Okpay does not allow for us to make large deposits into our accounts to meet this demand. We asked our members to deposit into STP which would allow us to quickly meet the withdrawal request so that we would wire the amounts they allow. It would take months for us to meet this demand because of all their restrictions.We will disable STP and Okpay for withdrawals. Going forward, all withdrawals will have to be made through ArgentPay. We will ask ArgentPay’s IT department to allow our members the join without having to purchase the debit card at registration. STP, Okpay, Payza, and ArgentPay are all available to make deposits. We know these changes our coming fast and furious.
