Greetings, After a successful opening event featuring the performance of Mother 4 5 and 7even, our mental health initiative is entering Phase II. A mental health training session will be held in Ft. Wayne, IN on Friday, December 12th from 11:00AM to 4:00PM at the Ivy Tech North Campus in the Student Life Building, Room 121. The event will be facilitated by local mental health professionals and will focus on when and how to make culturally sensitive referrals and how to more readily identify those individuals who may require services. There will also be information from service providers on low cost and free mental health services available in our community. The event is free and lunch will be provided.
