Greetings All. Back in Tana for a night after a very exciting and rewarding trip to the northern part of Madagascar. We visited the rainforest of Amber Mountain where we had our first encounters with the unique and colourful Chameleons. We were even treated to finding the world smallest Chameleon no bigger then my finger tip. We then headed down to see the jagged limestone pinnacles and caves of Ankarana Tsingy. We also made it out to the incredibly colourful canyons of the Red Tsingy created by eroding sand. Along the way we have spotted several to us new verities of the Lemurs. We passed though many traditional and very busy villages giving us the opportunity to meet more of the beautiful and friendly people of this nation. Tomorrow morning we head east towards Andasibe for more adventures.
