Greetings! As discussed earlier in the year, I will be offering a Pennsic University class on Home Recording for Bards, in A&S 9 on Aug 6 (Wednesday of War Week) at 10:30AM. If you are interested and planning to attend, I would like to ask a favor. I will be setting up a small recording rig in the class. It would be helpful if somebody besides me were to bring their voice and perhaps an instrument, so we can make a test recording on the spot. We can be pretty flexible here. I could easily handle one person (singer with self-accompanied guitar) or two people; perhaps a vocalist and guitar or recorder. I will address issues of ensemble recording as well, but using an ensemble as a demo is pretty unwieldy. If you have any questions youd like me to address, you can post them here and I can incorporate them into my notes. Thanks!
