A complete hard copy of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). *This would ensure an even playing field on our latest CBA. 2. A neutral moderator, who is not connected with CTA or the ATU that we both Agree Upon. 3. A telephone conference debate, where all questions have been agreed upon by both parties. *This will Afford a larger audience including retirees and ensure order. 4.
