Greetings Everyone! Hope you are all keeping warm during these cool and frosty days! Amazing sunrises, incredible sunsets! Wow!!! In my books, this weather beats the usual grey drizzle by a long shot!!! Tomorrow night (Sunday, November 24th) the RNK meet-up group, will be breaking new ground at The Great Bear Pub in central Burnaby (is this CeBu?). The pub is located at 5665 Kingsway, north side of the street a few blocks west of the Imperial Street intersection. We will start arriving around 7:00 pm; Brian gets the Allstars Karaoke rolling at 8:00 pm. Check the website greatbearpub for all the details! The Sunday meal special is Build a Burger for $4.95. Note: Their BUNS are organic and made locally. I think Im going to like this place a lot! There is much one can say about local, organic buns; but, I digress ... Its Grey Cup Weekend, however, the game festivities start at 3:00 pm and the Roughriders should be drinking champagne by the time we are lining up to sing all our favourite tunes! So, I hope you can join us for some post-game R&R at The Great Bear Pub.
