Today they put it back up with a new URL so the old one facebook/themoonwoman will not work. They have posted inappropriate content which I cant access & changed the URL to https://facebook/TheBeautifulMoonWoman/timeline so they could add paid advertising & profit from the page. So you may realize how important community is to you through its omission...in light of yesterdays hacking of our community. In the Native American tradition, if someone wanted to destroy a community, they just destroyed the moon lodge. Tanishka. Operation Red Tent. The moon lodge was the hub of a community because it provided a sacred space for sharing ones total self. Where one could expose their fears, vulnerabilities, insecurities and shadow traits in a safe place of no judgement and total support. The moon lodge offered insight and illumination for the journey, to help make sense of the dark. The moon lodge was welcoming and inclusive of all who demonstrated they were mutually honouring of others, despite their different backgrounds. The moon lodge assisted a village with an understanding of the natural cycles and their effect, so they could maintain psychological perspective and emotional balance. The moon lodge also assisted people through their ups and downs and life transitions with guidance and compassion. A community is as strong as its members. Crises is usually the catalyst out of which communities are formed or strengthened. Crises also means opportunity. So let us ask how this present moment and circumstance can serve as an opportunity to embrace and embody the Spirit of true community.
