Greetings Family. After a full day of travel I am back in Los Angeles. While waiting at the airport for my flight earlier today I asked the question how does a Black person who marries a person who is not Black advance the Black community. I got a bunch of eloquent answers. But those who defended the practice never addressed the question. If you are a Black person and have European ancestry or you just love white people or have a mate that is not Black then I understand your sensitivity. But the question is, again, HOW DOES A BLACK PERSON WHO MARRIES A PERSON WHO IS NOT BLACK ADVANCE THE INTERESTS OF THE BLACK COMMUNITY? That is the question. It is not meant to be spiteful. It is not meant to be mean. It is an honest question that I seek clarity on.
