Greetings! I need advice from any experienced node.js Devs... We are making our first Single Page Application (SPA). We want to utilize HTML5/CSS3 to their potentials, with PHP to drive it on a PDO accessed MySQL Database and AJAX/JSON. We wish to go from Procedural to a more OOP n-tier structure, and gravtitate towards a more javascript based app due to a strong desire for node.js capability at some point. Were using a GoDaddy hosting account. Q1: Should we start learning and implimenting node.js NOW and does it matter if we are on godaddy and would be using Heroku node hosting, or can we incorporate it into what we are doing later after weve got something working and add it for whats needed? Q2: Would something like MeteorJS or MongoDB be something we might want to delve into for specific reasons (please explain and if mongoDB is as secure) or are there other libraries or technologies we would want to be including?
